Zach has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for nearly 10 year. Over the past two years alone, Zach’s persistence and hard work has allowed him to have placed over $150mm in debt and equity. Zach began his Career at Meridian Capital Group as a loan originator before joining Banyan Commercial Capital. During his tenure, he closed loans with a wide spectrum of lenders, including but not limited to: regional banks, national banks, CMBS lenders, mortgage REIT’s, GSE’s and Life Companies. Zach has closed loans for every type of asset class throughout the nation.

Whether it is a $2,000,000 Multi-family loan in Miami or a $45,000,000 Retail portfolio in the Mid-west, Zach has been able to get it across the finish line. Zach goes above and beyond to make sure his client gets the loan product that fits their needs. His ability to think outside of the box allows Zach to come-up with creative loan structures that match the client’s needs.
